twitter bottom line smaller.jpgEveryone loves Twitter. Charlie Villanueva of the Milwaukee Bucks loves it so much he tweets his followers during games...

Centerfield recently used Twitter to track on the fly commentary from team USA's frustrating loss to Japan over the weekend...

And Britney Spears has 537,940 followers... third most over all, just behind President Obama (554,292) and CNN (630,600)... telling us a little something about this great Nation of ours, but this is a Red Sox blog, so we won't go down that road.

The Bottom Line currently has 51 followers.

A far cry from 600,000 but I appreciate everyone of you. Opening Day is April 6th... that gives us 13 days to reach the century mark.

That is my challenge to you my faithful readers - 100 followers by Opening Day.

Many of you may not care to use Twitter, but if you do like to tweet, click HERE and become a follower of The Bottom Line. That way, you can can immediate update from the blog even if your stuck in traffic... in the middle giving birth... or simply bored at work.

If you don't tweet... go ahead and subscribe to the RSS feed... it's not as hip, but you'll still get Bottom Line updates and that's what you want, right?

I'll keep everyone updated as we approach Opening Day. Thanks in advance and thanks for reading!

Rob
